Alex has 38 years’ exposure to the Mining & Metals, Energy, and Infrastructure Engineering / Consulting Industry. Alex has worked in various capacities from Engineering Design, Design Office Management, Project Design Coordination and Engineering Information Management (EIM). Alex has experience utilizing major CAD packages both in the realm of 2D, 3D, 4D (Simulation), integrated Plant Design Systems, Document Management Systems and Engineering Data Warehouse solutions. Alex had the global responsibilities in managing a Company’s integrated Business Information Management systems solutions and next generation implementation.
Terry Preston | System Specialist at South32
Terry has 40 years’ experience in the mining and manufacturing industry. His role at South32 and Worsley Alumina covers design drafting of material handling equipment, the development of the 3D modelling standards for Autodesk Inventor and the implementation of Autodesk Vault (Worsley Alumina’s drawing management system) and subsequent rollout across other South32 assets within Australia.
