In this session we will explore some of the fundamental principles to follow when hiring for startups including expectation setting, where to look for candidates, how to screen potential new hires properly and when to consider vesting shares to employees.

We will also delve into how to build a healthy team culture and establish good working relationships.

There will be a time for Q&A and networking over drinks.
