The day begins with an industry-led session with Wenda Gumulya, who will introduce the fundamentals of carbon accounting, how organisations apply it in practice, and the evolving regulatory landscape shaping reporting requirements.
Following a networking lunch, participants will take part in a hands-on carbon footprint workshop led by Michael Lejeune. This hands-on session will guide you through the basic calculation of carbon footprint for life cycle analysis and demonstrate how it can be used to support carbon accounting and inform research, business strategy, and policy.
