EnergyFest 2025
EnergyFest brings together the key players and drivers of the renewable energy industry in a series of gatherings, with a festival vibe, to introduce, discuss, champion and exhibit the future of energy in Australia and globally.
With a Flagship Festival held in an Australian capital city annually, and three annual ‘NEXTGen’ events held at various Australian universities, EnergyFest seeks to bring together those driving the energy industry now, with those responsible for shaping and leading it into the future.
Rather than the traditional conference, which is bound by excessive structure and norms, EnergyFest, like any pioneering venture, such as renewable energy, seeks to bring a level of irreverence and challenging the status quo by highlighting new ideas, technology and means of shaping the future.
The focus is very much on interaction and avoiding lecturing to audiences, with panels, social interaction and the ‘experience’ of coming together to progress a movement, rather than a simple intellectual pursuit or business networking.
EnergyFest:Industry* is where renewable energy leaders from across Australia and around the world come together to shape the future. From 22–23 October 2025 in Melbourne, EnergyFest:Industry will be a new type of conference, blending information, bold ideas, in a more informal, festive atmosphere.
