FCA and RE-Alliance Electrification Workshops - What are the barriers to electrification?

Farmers for Climate Action has partnered with Renewable Energy Alliance (RE-Alliance) and the Australian National University (ANU) to understand the barriers to electrification and they want to hear from you.

Not only does Re-Alliance and Farmers for Climate Action want to better understand the opportunities from broader regional electrification – but they want to identify and find solutions to barriers preventing rural households and small businesses from adopting electrification and renewable energy. They’re hosting three workshops in Shepparton, Albury and Corryong respectively.

Join them online to share your personal perspective.

You will also get to hear sustainability, planning and renewable energy expert Andrew Chamberlin outline some of the exciting technological advancements and what the future of electrification looks like.

This project was funded by Energy Consumers Australia as part of its Grants Program to support consumer advocacy and research projects that benefit of household and small business consumers. The views expressed do not necessarily reflect the views of Energy Consumers Australia.
