Good Hunter Round Table
In 2026, Good Hunter will be hosted as a series of small, curated Round Tables for business owners, founders, and senior leaders.
These sessions are designed for leaders carrying real responsibility and wanting a trusted room to think, speak, and listen alongside peers.
Each Round Table brings together around 10–12 participants for a 90-minute conversation. The format is intentionally flexible, shaped by the people in the room and the conversations that need to happen.
No egos. No sales or pitching.
Calm. Considered. Human.
A space for leaders to think out loud together.
Why Good Hunter exists
Leadership can be lonely. There are few spaces to speak honestly with others who understand the weight of responsibility. At the same time, community and connection matter more than ever. Good Hunter exists to create that space. A place for leaders to slow down, think out loud, and learn with peers who care about how business is done. Human, values-led, and grounded in community.
Who is Good Hunter for?
Good Hunter is for leaders, founders, and decision-makers who:
Are building businesses and believe their responsibility is bigger than profit alone
Carry responsibility for people, culture, and direction
Want real conversations about leadership, brand, and how culture plays out day to day
Are curious, reflective, and open to learning from peers
Value community, depth, honesty, and thoughtful dialogue
Good Hunter is for people who don’t need to perform but are willing to show up honestly and contribute to the room.
Conversations that may be explored
Each session is shaped by the people in the room, though conversations may explore themes such as:
Leading people well under pressure
Making decisions when the path isn’t clear
Holding culture through growth or change
Balancing ambition, responsibility, and personal load
Staying grounded in what matters as things get complex
