This year, Engineers Australia celebrates 13 years of International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) with the theme Engineering intelligence. Across every career stage, women engineers bring insight, creativity and courage to complex challenges, delivering meaningful impact for industries and communities.

Welcome to the Annual Winter Gala in celebration of International Women in Engineering Day INWED, proudly hosted by Engineers Australia Women in Engineering Sydney Division and Young Engineers Australia Sydney Division. Join for an elegant evening dedicated to recognising the achievements, contributions, and impact of women in engineering, while fostering a more inclusive and diverse profession for all.

This formal gala brings together industry leaders, emerging professionals, and peers from across a wide range of engineering disciplines.

The evening will feature a panel discussion with prominent voices in the industry, exploring this year’s theme, #EngineeringIntelligence, and its connection to diversity in engineering, particularly how we as an industry can better understand and drive meaningful change.
