Alison Reeve is the Energy and Climate Change Program Director at Grattan Institute. She has two decades of experience in climate change, clean energy policy, and technology, in the private, public, academic, and not-for-profit sectors. Alison was previously the Deputy Program Director and before then the General Manager of Project Delivery at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency and a Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University. She led development of Australia’s National Hydrogen Strategy in 2019, as well as Commonwealth policy for offshore wind, energy innovation, energy efficiency, and structural adjustment.

Lisa Zembrodt ERP is the Principal and Senior Director of Sustainability Business for the Pacific Zone at Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation. She has nearly 20 years of experience in energy and sustainability consulting, and holds the Energy Risk Professional (ERP) and the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certifications, which attest to her ability to navigate and manage complex and dynamic risks and opportunities in the energy transition. Lisa has supported organisations across various sectors and geographies through transformations of their approach to energy and sustainability issues, pioneering new solutions and advocating for policy that enables the net zero economy transformation with equitability for users and communities. She is also the Treasurer and Non-Executive Director of the Energy Users Association of Australia, a voice for large energy consumers.
