Lim Ke-Vin

Head, Group Innovation, City Developments Limited (CDL)

As Head of Group Innovation at CDL, a widely recognized and reputable global real estate company in innovation and sustainability, Ke-Vin brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry.

Based in Singapore, Ke-Vin formulates and drives innovation and venture capital strategies as part of CDL’s transformation roadmap. He leads CDL’s Enterprise Innovation Committee and co-leads multiple initiatives. He serves as an industry mentor to multiple investee and proptech firms.

Ke-Vin also serves on multiple advisory panels for global innovation and sustainability.

Kabi Subramaniam

Associate Principal, Arup

Kabi leads the Asset Services team in Arup’s Singapore office.

Kabi started his career as a structural design engineer and worked on several projects in Australia, before joining Arup's façade team in Singapore. After years inspecting existing building facades and advising clients about potential risks on a portfolio of buildings, he now focuses on existing assets.

Kabi has a keen interest in remote monitoring and assessing assets using digital tools and technology.

Beth Henderson

Lead, Startup Programmes, The GEAR by Kajima

Beth leads innovation initiatives at The GEAR by Kajima. The GEAR is Kajima's global technology services and open innovation platform in Singapore.

Beth has been working in the startup ecosystem for over 12 years. Her roles have included corporate innovation, leading startup accelerators, running technology product management and startup founder.
