Jay Meek

Austrade's General Manager for Trade

Jay Meek is the General Manager for Trade at Austrade. He was formerly Austrade's General Manager of Strategy and Design, where he supported the development and implementation of Austrade’s vision and strategic direction.

Before joining Austrade, Jay was the Deputy Secretary of Trade Victoria in the Victorian Government where he managed 23 international offices and more than 200 staff.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Agriculture from the University of Adelaide. He has held a number of senior commercial and government positions in his career.

Andrew Hudson

Board Member, International Forwarders and Customs Brokers Association of Australia (IFCBAA)

Andrew Hudson is a partner at Rigby Cooke Lawyers, specialising in customs and trade. He has extensive expertise in international trade law and customs. He specialises in all areas of trade including trade conventions, dispute resolution, arbitration, trade financing, and contracts. He is a director and life member of IFCBAA, a director of the Export Council of Australia and an executive of the Food and Beverage Importers Association (FBIA) management committee. He also holds various advisory positions. 

Mark Coleman

Director of International Customs and Logistics (ICAL)

With more than 30 years of international trade experience, Mark is an export expert.

Mark has both the practical and academic expertise necessary to educate exporters and importers on navigating the complexities of international trade and transportation.

He owns the Melbourne-based international freight forwarding and customs brokerage business International Customs and Logistics (ICAL).
