Psychosocial safety for leaders in mining
Register now to join mining leaders from across NSW for a complimentary full-day workshop & networking dinner
Managing psychosocial safety risks and hazards is now as critical as managing physical safety risks and hazards
The unique nature, rapid transformation and job demands of our industry require us to navigate and manage unique psychosocial safety risks and hazards.
As an industry, we have decades of experience managing physical hazards, but effectively identifying and managing psychosocial risks and hazards requires a different approach.
Leaders and managers from throughout our businesses need to own it, understand it, drive it and promote it. While Health & Safety, Human Resources and Operations leaders and teams need to work collaboratively to identify hazards, implement controls and manage incidents.
Equip your leaders with the fundamental knowledge that effective psychosocial safety management demands
We invite leaders and managers from across the mining industry to join us for a psychosocial safety workshop designed to equip us with the knowledge and understanding needed to create psychologically safe work environments.
To support and enable leaders and managers from throughout your businesses to build their collective knowledge and work collaboratively, we encourage companies to register a delegation of senior and operational leaders, including:
- Executive Management
- People and Culture
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Human Resources
- Operational Leaders
