Queensland Summit: Scaling Regional Bioenergy for Energy Security and Resilience
Bioenergy Australia, in partnership with IEA Bioenergy, is convening a focused, action-oriented summit bringing together global bioenergy experts, Australian industry leaders, investors, and government decision-makers.
The Summit is a key element in the week-long IEA Bioenergy delegation to Queensland - an internationally significant moment for bioenergy in Australia. The broader program includes closed IEA Executive Committee meetings, an industry-facing workshop, and field visits to regional renewable energy sites.
The Summit itself will translate global insights into Queensland-specific opportunities, structured around the state's most pressing renewable fuels challenges.
The Summit will cover five sessions:
Queensland’s Renewable Fuels Opportunity: From Ambition to Delivery
What Will Unlock Investment in Queensland?
The Three Hubs Model - Regional opportunities and advantages
How Does Queensland Build Sustainable Feedstock Supply Chains?
Building Queensland’s Renewable Fuels Infrastructure Backbone
