Reimagine & Redesign: Circular economy business models that work

This webinar explores the role of leadership in activating circular design at scale.

April boomerang circular

The transition to a circular economy is increasingly recognised as a leadership challenge as much as a technical one. While design principles offer a pathway to eliminate waste and rethink systems, their impact depends on how effectively they are embedded within organisations, policy frameworks and everyday decision-making.

This webinar explores the role of leadership in activating circular design at scale. From local government to global design practice, our speakers will examine how systems thinking, behavioural insight and strategic leadership intersect — and what it takes to move from concept to implementation in complex, real-world environments.

Through practical perspectives and lived experience, the discussion will unpack the organisational and cultural shifts required to support circular outcomes. Topics will include aligning teams around long-term thinking, integrating design into decision-making processes, and navigating the tensions between innovation, cost and operational constraints.

Join us for a grounded conversation on how leadership can shape the conditions for circularity to move beyond ambition and into practice.
