About the Presenter -

Presenter: Elaine Abery, Director of Unravelling Red Tape

Elaine has several law degrees with over two decades’ experience working in senior roles in legislation, policy and government relations. She has worked with Commonwealth Government departments, Universities, private sector, not-for-profits and charities. She has successfully represented substantial peak industries in negotiations with government. Elaine is known for her ability to negotiate solutions that work for government and for her clients. She particularly enjoys finding innovative solutions to complex issues where others have tried and failed and loves helping businesses build bridges with government and create better outcomes for the community through better laws and government decisions.
