Installer Roadshow - AS/NZS 5033 Australian Standards Update
The Smart Energy March Installer Roadshows will be an informative afternoon gathering, hosted by popular smart energy trainer Geoff Bragg, followed by a BBQ or roast meal and drinks.
Geoff Bragg will give a brief overview of the new AS/NZS 5033 Australian Standard, with time for an open discussion on how to adapt installation practices and comply.
There will also be presentations by the Clean Energy Regulator and event partners Jinko, Growatt, Solis, Sonnen, UZ Energy and Alpha ESS.
Please note, there will be no CPD points given for this session.

AS/NZS 5033 2021 Update
Learning Outcomes:
Knowledge: Participants will gain a thorough overview of the incoming Australian Standard, AS/ NZS 5033 2021.
Comprehension: Learners will appreciate opportunities present in early adoption of the Standard once published, as new design and installation flexibilities and options will become available.
Analysis: The session will reinforce the need for deeper scrutiny of the published document to remain compliant. Participants will increase their opportunity to engage with the document early, prior to implementation.
Create: Participant solar installers and designers will be now able to prepare for significant changes in their design and installation processes, as the new standard comes into effect.
