Mining is a thirsty industry with water being used end-to-end across operations to wash ore, manage dust emissions, slurry tailings, generate power and more. Pressure is increasing for the industry to recognise the strain placed on global water reserves and to find production and processing methods that reduce water impacts and consumption.
