With 50 years of business experience in retailing, wholesaling, and manufacturing operations. David has successfully built start-ups and managed profit centers within large corporations in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, including Unilever, and financial services at Lend Lease, MLC, and NAB. Additionally, David has 25 years of board experience across various sectors, including business, charities, and sporting bodies. His extensive expertise spans multiple industries, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic skills. Currently, he serves as Founder and Chair of Agribevco (The Sydney Rum Distillery based in Muswellbrook at the historic former Oak Milk factory), contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

The Muswellbrook Roadshow is a crucial stop on Hunter iF's region-wide tour. They are also bringing the innovation spotlight to Cessnock (22 September) and Maitland (30 September) to celebrate the unique industrial strengths of our local communities.
All of this incredible regional momentum culminates on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, where they bring the entire region together at NEX in Newcastle for the massive, full-day Hunter Innovation Festival.
