Anthony Patrick Chua is Executive Director of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) Philippines and Executive Director of Go Negosyo, one of the Philippines' leading entrepreneurship and MSME development organisations. With more than 20 years of experience in policy research, public-private engagement and regional business advocacy, he has led initiatives focused on governance, services competitiveness, entrepreneurship and inclusive economic development. Anthony plays a key role in advancing the Philippine business agenda within ASEAN and supporting the country's ASEAN-BAC Chairmanship in 2026, with a focus on strengthening regional integration, MSME growth and cross-border collaboration. Panelists:
Mr Philip Low is President of the Australia Malaysia Business Council (AMBC) NSW and Regional Director of the Low Yat Group in Australia. With more than 30 years of experience across the property, hospitality, investment and finance sectors, he oversees the Group’s Australian operations, including The Grace Hotel Sydney. Based in Sydney and originally from Malaysia, Philip works closely with government, industry and business leaders to strengthen trade, investment and business connections between Australia, Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region, helping businesses build trusted relationships and expand internationally. Mr Rafael Toda is President of the Australia Philippines Business Council (APBC) and Managing Director of Todax Consultancy Group. With more than 30 years of experience across aviation, transport, logistics, emerging technologies and international business development, he advises businesses, governments and institutions on market expansion, strategic partnerships and cross-border growth throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Rafael is a strong advocate for Australia–Philippines and broader ASEAN–Australia economic engagement, with a particular focus on technology, innovation, investment and public-private collaboration to support sustainable and inclusive growth. Mr Sutisna Iskandar is an entrepreneur with business interests across Indonesia and Australia, including tissue manufacturing and airline catering. With experience spanning multiple industries and markets, he brings valuable insights into trade, investment and cross-border business opportunities between Indonesia and Australia. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he held professional roles with multinational consumer goods companies, management consultancies, and regional pulp and paper businesses in Jakarta and Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
